I've always had normal to low blood pressure. Now menopausal and experiencing fluctuations of high with headaches. Here's the variable I have recently noticed...I've always had hormonal fluid retention, now I do not. Due to the recent heat wave I retained fluids again and voila headache is gone and blood pressure down. Normally you hydrate to raise your blood pressure. Any ideas on this? I am currently undergoing tests via my doctor but this is a new discovery and it doesn't make sense. It would be nice to have an idea to discuss with my physician if nothing turns up
